How we use your information
We use your details to arrange the window quotes you asked for. Specifically, we will contact you by phone about the enquiry you made — to confirm your requirements and to help arrange quotes and, where relevant, a home survey. Qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched, vetted installer who covers your area so they can prepare a quote for you. The marketing attribution data is used to measure and improve our advertising and to prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry and running our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry details with independent, vetted installers matched to your location and requirements, and with the service providers that host this website and process leads on our behalf. These providers act on our instructions and are required to keep your data secure. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We retain your enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep them longer to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.
